"Don't waste your money. The girl Amanda did my mother's hair the first day and missed a couple gray hairs, not a problem. My mother told her the next day and they set an appointment for the day after. She dyed the edges of my mother's hair in a darker color than the original, so my mother has a dark ring around her hair. Ok mistakes happen, she didn't even offer to fix it, she had the audacity to be upset that I told her the color was noticeably different, like she's the one spending her money. Don't do it, there are too many shops around for you to settle for this one. She will never be successful until she learns to get some integrity."
