"I arrived at this hair salon to silk press my hair after one year of braids. I was very excited to see the length but i ended up being disappointed. The lady that did my hair decided not to put any heat protectant on to preserve my curls, she then proceeded to burn my scalp even though I told her that it was too hot. A couple days later, I decided to wash my hair because the silk press was wearing out. After trying to revive my curls, I realized that ALL my ends were straight. I cried for an hour. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE."

I came in thinking I was gonna have to have all my hair chopped off after a bad hair color experience from a different shop but I was saved. "I have always done my hair myself. However, this time I wanted to dye it blue. After a lot of research, I found out the blue hair like I wanted was going to be hard to achieve, so I decided not to take a chance. I walked in, and everyone was very nice. She had to bleach my hair 2x and color it blue. However, the blue came out like sonic blue and I told her I did not like it. She was very cool about it, and she took the next step to tone it down. It took several steps to achieve the hair I was looking for, and boy I was not disappointed."
