"I am a regular customer at this salon. Nina and Nancy do a great job and are very friendly and accommodating. I read one negative review here and I think the reviewer must be confused. Maybe they have this salon confused with another salon."
"I left very upset today. I saw good reviews for the owner Nina and scheduled my appointment with her almost a week beforehand. When I got there they asked if I wanted my hair done with Nina or if I cared who cut my hair which I was confused about because why else would I specifically request a person? They put me with someone else who I feel had no clue what she was doing… she didn’t even wet my hair. I didn’t want a wash, but I’ve NEVER had my hair cut without it at least being sprayed wet. I stopped her asking if she was going to dry cut my hair. She was going to ask if I wanted a wash and I said no, but that she needed to spray my hair wet (I have moderately wavy hair in some places and straight in others) you can’t cut my hair evenly without at least spraying it wet… I told her she needed to wet my hair BEFORE she cut my hair and she just continued on. It became increasingly obvious she didn’t know what she was doing (brushing ALL of my hair in front of my face to cut it). She also thinned out my hair in the front where I just needed a trim. I’m so upset. Needless to say my hair is uneven and I’m having to go somewhere else to get it fixed. I’m upset I even paid for this service and now I’m having to spend more money to fix it. Was in and out in 10 minutes and I feel like my hair is ruined."
"This was quite a find today! I thoroughly enjoyed the women working here and how friendly they were. It was so nice to go somewhere with professionals that don’t take advantage customers, when it comes to prices for services. I got a better cut for half the price I’ve paid in other salons. There is no question, I will be back next time I need maintenance or a fresh styling. Thank you for such an incredible experience!"
