"I don’t love going to the hair salon because I don’t know how to describe what I want (highlights? balayage? foils?) which I’m sure can be challenging for the stylists. Camryn seamlessly translates my requests each time despite not knowing exactly what I want. I’m super happy with my new color & cut! She is meticulous in her work & it shows. My sister and Mom also have been coming here for years and have had great experiences with many of the stylists."
"Lots of stylists to choose from. Products smelled amazing. My stylist seemed to have less experience but was very nice. I told the scheduler I was coming for a haircut and style with waist-length curly hair, and he booked me for a regular haircut appt. My stylist ended up rushing because she ran over time (not her fault), and I actually left with my hair in a bun. I wish the scheduler would have listened and booked a longer appointment for me considering my hair type and the stylist’s expertise. Just a note for other curly-haired people to push for more time up front!"
