"I had been going to Kayla to get my undercut trimmed and I was definitely happy with those results, however when going for a color change, the bleach was left on too long and damaged my hair greatly as well as one of the colors I asked for (green), turned out to be blue somehow? After my appointment I went directly to an Ulta to get supplies for me to fix my hair myself and found that it was easier to do so than to go back. I didn’t even have to bleach out the blue. I put the green dye that I bought directly over it and fixed it myself."
