"Possibly the worst haircut I've ever gotten. Booked with the owner and the day before he canceled so I took someone else. She spent 15 minutes giving me and uneven and botched "skin fade". 45 dollars for a 15 minute horrific haircut. They have no idea how to cut men's hair. If you're thinking about going here because of the location and you live close, for the love of God do not. The hair dresser I got was Marissa. If you do decide to go here do not use her."
"I really wanted to like this beautiful and fun salon but was very disappointed. Tori spent less than 30 minutes with me for a brief consultation and a dry trim to even out my hair, and charged me $65. I then had to adjust the cut this morning cause it still was lopsided and the back was not even. There were several things she could have done to make this a memorable experience, like style the back of my hair where it was wavy from my own quick dry, but she didn't. She offered to at the end but I felt like she should have done that without asking. This service was absolutely not a $65 haircut and to have to adjust it myself, really annoyed me."

"This was my 3rd time going to Lenny’s and my previous experiences have ranged from below average to average haircuts. I keep going back only because how close I live to their shop. This time around was probably one of the worst haircut I’ve ever gotten. She was nice but immediately ignored what I asked for and left me with an uneven, blotchy haircut. Disappointing since they have a great location and nice shop but not willing to endure another bad experience."
