"I gave this new salon a try and I'm disappointed that I did. Not only were they more expensive than regular salon, their service was very poor and quality was terrible. I went on Friday evening, got SNS, and my nails were already chipping by Sunday 4 nails were chipped. They weren't thick enough and surely weren't worth the price paid. I won't be going back. Update: the manager reached out quickly to correct the problem and apologize for the poor service. I respect accountability and good customer service. I went back and had much better results on my second visit, at no charge."
