Chipotle Mexican Grill

"I came up here today February-16 Friday 7:30 pm. I did an online order like I usually do. I got home opened my bowl, first of all the bowl looked tampered with, it looked like someone took a scoop of rice out of it. That was the first red flag, then I’m looking further in the bowl without touching it, I seen a ball of hair in my food. I immediately went back up to chipotle to get a refund, without knowing they do refunds because nothing like this ever happened to me ever, and I order chipotle a lot. I show one of the employees the bowl and I take the ball of hair out of the bowl, and that was actually my first time examining the hair. The employee with the braids i didn’t get his name was really nice and he remade my order. But after doing further thinking, that ball of hair didn’t get there by mistake it was intentional it wasn’t a string of hair it was a literal ball of hair. I feel very icky thinking about this. I done emailed chipotle about ten times about this cause I feel very very icky. I wish I took a picture of the bowl before I touched it to get the scoop of hair out of it. So y’all could see someone did it on purpose. But I did take a picture of the hair. I don’t think I can sleep tonight"

"Ordered online delivery which I never do but had a sick child at home. The burrito was over stuffed with white rice (I ordered brown)...and literally counted only 4 pieces of chicken. The Door dasher picked up my order at 742 with a 750 arrival time...didn't get here until 811. There is no way to contact the store directly nor edit the tip after delivery. The food was cold and sloppy by the time it arrived."

"When I walked in I notice two people behind the counter and another 4 employees sitting in the dining room carrying on conversations inappropriate for work. One was on an iPad and not one person greeted any of the customers that came in. No one got up to assist in taking our orders. They just sat there and went back and forth about who was going to “help him out” . After standing there waiting for multiple minutes they finally acknowledged me. The entire encounter was unprofessional and unnecessary. The older bald black lady (maybe Cassandra) was yelling while sitting in the dinning room at Other employees behind the counter, and was irritated when the woman behind the counter needed help with the register. The rude and unfriendly staff, unclean and unsanitary conditions along with poor tasting food have definitely turned me away from this place. I’ve never had an experience like this at MOES."

"So everytime I come into this restaurant now they are always out of something. Anything that can't complete a burrito I'm normally used to ordering at the other Chipotle's. They are under staffed also. Management where you at? This chipotle getting worse. Old lettuce, clumpy rice."

"First time ordering at this location. Everything was made perfectly! I had chicken tacos, the meat was seasoned so well. I also ordered a veggie quesadilla that did not disappoint! I love that I can order through the app and my food is ready for pickup once I arrive. Everyone was very helpful and the restrooms are nice and clean."
