"Horrible experience! Walk in customers are placed BEHIND online and drive thru orders. Literally waited TWENTY FIVE MINUTES FOR ONE DRINK! There are 5 girls working there! Lastly, my sandwich I paid 4.75 and it’s literally 2” x 2” in size! What??? I will never be back. What happened to REAL SERVICE??? Ridiculous!"
"Went in on 12/10 ordered a breakfast sausage, bacon and cheese wrap and a sugar cookie Latta. "They" never said, "Orders Ready" "Thank you" absolutely NOTHING. I went to the counter to ask if it was my order. I stood there for over 5 mins before being recognized and the manger was standing directly in front of me. Get my food and the wrap has no bacon, just sausage, cheese and eggs. I won't be back!!!"
"As a partner i’ve always had issues with this store. every single time i go their rude and never have a good attitude. also my drink is never to standard and can always tell, and if asked for a remake they get very frustrated. it’s honestly so unreasonable."
