"Nasty attitudes from the front of house workers. Arrived around 5:15 for an Uber eats order and just left a few minutes ago on 2/16/24 and it is now 5:4 2 PM. I saw them bagging MULTIPLE other orders that popped up on the screen and the delivery bag just sat there open for at least 10 mins before they started putting any food. Never communicated to me what I was waiting on or if they were out of certain items. The girl fixing most of the food has horrible customer service and needs to be working in the back where she doesn’t deal with the public. Owner probably doesn’t give a vrap according to other reviews’"
"Was charged the wrong amount. Ordered 2 sausage McGriddles and was told the total was $7.85 - charged my card $10.46. Not sure if they are purposely doing this or it's a system error but it's unacceptable either way. Will never return to this location."
"If I could rate a zero, I would. They never have anyone at the counter and when you ask for something, they're rude as all get out and interrupt you like they don't want to help. You don't like your job, QUIT. Like, don't interrupt your customers when they're talking to try to ask you for something. "It's all in the bag...it's all in the bag"...she was probably the manager...not a good look for her or her location."
"This is literally the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Every time I’ve been they’re slow, order is incorrect and nobody will speak to you even when you get their attention. Time and time again whether I’m picking up a DoorDash for someone else or getting something for myself it’s the same situation every time. You’d be better off going to literally any McDonald’s aside from this one. You’ll probably still get out quicker than if you waited. I shouldn’t have to wait over 30 minutes for a single medium fry just to get irritated and walk out because you don’t want to do the job you signed up for."
"Food is always cooked well (best McDonalds food nationwide I have experienced as I travel for business), service is good, but when you pay for a large fry, you get a medium sized fry in a large container… I owned restaurants, and I understand how important is to have the right portions, why spend the extra money to be shorted…?"
