"This was my first time here and I thought I would try it out instead of the usual Big Chic down the road. I ordered the family 10 tender meal with 3 piece fish, blue cheese dressing with 2 sauces and fries. I got home and there was no box of fries no blue cheese, and the golden bird sauce I was given was pure salt. The food was eh, definitely tasted the grease. I’m unsure if I want to come back or not or if I’m just gonna stick with Big Chic."

"Your employee behind the counter shouldn’t let my food sit there when he knows it’s mine. I just sat for 15 minutes waiting on my food when it was already sitting on the to go shelf. I had to ask him to give it to me. It’s ridiculous when I spent 80 dollars on this meal."

"Update: I was asked to them another chance after a very poor experience and I have to say rhat they did much better. I called my order ahead of time so when I got there I paid as the kitchen was finishing up. The wrap and fries were also much better, good flavor and not greasy at all. I will definitely be back and hoping that this shows that the issues have been resolved - Don't come if you are in a rush. We waited 40 minutes for our food. When I questioned the servers they said it was currently being boxed and we still continued to wait for it to come out. No apologies of any kind. It was so bad that the families that that came in after us and were finishing their meals started to comment about how long we had been waiting Sadly the food wasn't even up to the usual quality either"

"Used to LOVE this place, but ever since I complained about their young guy at the pick up window being wildly inappropriate and basically withholding my food at the window to flirt which wouldn’t have been a big deal but I was so uncomfortable because this was the about the 3rd time it happened, and my child was with me and was super confused as to why the young guy kept saying these comments, I’ve been treated soooo rudely everytime I go. Last time my husband went they were rude to him, so I spoke to an assistant manager and was assured the issue was handled and it wouldn’t happen again. Not to mention that when I did call and complain I was apologetic for even complaining and made sure to say I didn’t want the dude to lose his job and before complaining to the manager my husband went up there and told the young guy to stop just so we wouldn’t have to complain and him get in trouble. Tonight I went, and sure enough the window was slammed in face and another person came to the window and wouldn’t even crack a smile even though I was so respectful and overly nice regardless of how I was treated. They were so concerned with being rude that almost all of my order was wrong or missing, cold and honestly this is the second time we’ve been since this whole thing and my order has been like this, I can’t help but to think it’s on purpose. We love this place and their food so much and eat here EVERY weekend spending at the LEAST $100 every Saturday but like this is absolutely insane. Just sucks for sure."

"I placed a to go order online around 7:50pm and my wife was stopping by on her way home from Thomaston to Orchard Hill. The food took almost an hour and when my wife got home they had left off all but 2 sauces. I paid for 6 extras not including what was suppose to come with the food already. My wife had ordered a salad and there were absolutely no dressings at all. I called and spoke with a manager and they said to just let them know next time I was in and they would give me the sauces. I told them I also wanted a credit for the $10 salad since almost nobody eats a salad with no dressing. They said they would give me a $5 gift card. I told them that's ok and they could keep it. My daughter plays soccer in Pike Co, and we eat here (use to) about once a week at around $50. It just sucks when a business gives up receiving around $1300 a year (Soccer season is twice a year and my wife still has to drive by there every work day). Zaxby's next to Ingles it'll be from now on."
