"Y'all, the morning and day shift crew is always so friendly. I see some reviews on here about a slow drive thru but I have never had that problem. Everyone has off days sometimes but this group keeps a smile on their faces even though food service is one of the toughest industries. As far as food goes: always warm, always right! Thank y'all"

"This Taylor Street location should be. "- - - stars" , the worst of the worst. First the kiosk was greasy, filthy and a germ trap. I didn't want to touch a nasty machine., so walked over to where manager was to place my order. When explaining about the kiosk, the person behind the counter just turned their back on me just like I wasn't there. We left and drove to another wendys location never to return again. Wow, if you don't want to be frustrated and angry then stay away from Taylor Street location. 1 star replies from management say they are going to correct these problems, but this isn't happening. They might as well close this place " too horrible"."

"Modern set up is Great!! Order at kiosk only or drive thru there is not counter inside. Extremely Efficient!! The restroom is clean and the dining area is well maintained."

"Wendy’s located in Griffin, Georgia is a complete waste of time. The employees are completely overworked and frustrated. We visited this location around 11:30 pm and we ordered a medium chocolate frosty in the drive through and the Wendy’s employee completely lost it. She frantically explained that they close at midnight and they have families they want to get home too. And if they waited until midnight to close the frosty machine they would be at work until 2 or 3 am and that would be totally unacceptable to them. From our perspective - WOW!!! Don’t visit this location. We don’t recommend to EVER visit this location. We will NEVER visit this location again. We hope that the employees made it home safely to their families."
