"I like to write reviews that are postive and upbeat; nevertheless, I HAVE HAD IT WITH THIS POPEYES!! How can my food be hard and cold at 11:14 a.m.? You don't open until 10 a.m.... my chicken and biscuits were so hard it is beyond my comprehension!! Please Popeyes!! I am not sure who is franchising this particular one, but you need to get it together or leave it alone!! I keep trying to give this one a chance, but after this morning, I am DONE WASTING MY MONEY!"
"Utter trash from the under cooked ghost pepper/spicy wings to the can't get your order correct. I've tried to patronize the Americus Popeyes knowing it is a hit or miss on service but this location is terrible. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone."
"If you want mediocre food, horrible service, and to receive not what you thought you paid for AND to be offered two sides when a meal only comes with one only to find out at the window that your meal only came with one side. This is the place for you. The cashier's will sit there and argue with you trying to tell you different than what you were told at the intercom. The food is presented like it came from the trash and that exactly where this place is going. I will never waste my time or my money at this location ever again and none of you should either."
"Brand new place just opened, and we walked in waited at least 5 min...we watched the manager arguing with the staff because no food wS cooked and nobody wanted to wait on us...another customer came in from the drive through and wad complaining about his service as well. We immediately left. This was at 1130 am"
