"Shanekia took our order and my food was wrong. I ordered 2 burgers with lettuce, onion, and mayo. And 2 milkshakes. When I got my burgers they had added cheese and tomato on both, so we had to go back through the line to fix it. That’s not the issue, when they re made my food I was given back a small burger tiny piece of lettuce on it, not enough mayo, the onion was fine. And on the other burger it had 2 thin hamburger patties on it, the rest was fine on it. I just went to a funeral today so it’s already been a crummy day. Driving 6 hours in total and was looking forward to a couple burgers. Please do better and don’t take it out on people when y’all make an order wrong."
"Food definitely was undercooked this time...it was the $5.99 BBQ plate.. coleslaw straight dry..fries under cooked appeared very greesy... Hush puppies undercooked not crispy, kinda mushy. BBQ Meat I wasn't sure about it either..This is just a review.."
"First time trying this franchise as we do not have it in Florida. We stopped by around 9 pm. Service was great, and they were patient as it was our first time. Food was tasty, especially for the price! Best bang for your buck!"
