"Saw a lady order Nachos before me (not sure what kind). I also ordered Nachos mine were chicken. They got the lady order wrong, ahe was kind and polite about the situation. The cashier was rude. She walks away and comes back with management. They literally drag the lady for filth in Spanish. Not only were they rude to her, after she got her refund MY ORDER WAS WRONG AS WELL!!!!! The cashier was too involved in her phone to notice she was messing up everybody order."
"Came into the restaurant needed a table for 9. They gave us 2 booths for 8. I tried to explain we need a table together. They had us wait and we did. They put us at a table for 6, so we scooted the table to the booth. They said we can’t scoot the table. Someone please explain numbers to this restaurant and how to treat their customers. $200.00 out the door to La Parilla. The owner and her staff laughed at us and said we just run people out."
"The food has always been so good here. Love their salsa and homemade guacamole. The waitress we had was very nice and pleasant. Even the manager came and gave us more chips, but the lady who seated was rude to us and has been rude to us several times before. We ask for a certain server and it seems to irritate her. It makes for a poor and uncomfortable experience which is why I gave a 3 in atmosphere because it set a poor mood for our meal."
"The food was excellent. We are traveling and stopped for dinner. The prices were very reasonable and the food was the best that we’ve ever had. The spinach and mushroom quesadilla is amazing and not what you expect! I had the chimichangas and my husband has fajita nachos. Everything was delicious and fresh. The salsa is awesome and fresh. I wish it was closer to us, we would come often."
