"2 stars for the store being stocked and neat. You lost three stars for the employees being inattentive and rude. Customer service goes a long way and these ladies need to be retrained."

"Rome GA Sally's beauty supply the girls got here at ten closed and locked the door and told us to wait 15 more minutes. Poor customer service!! They open at ten and refused to let us in at the time of opening. Store number 1420 located in Rome GA very unprofessional"

"I always buy my hair dye here and they were out. The truck was running behind. The lady told me to check back that it should come later that day but to call so I didn't waste time and gas incase if it didn't make it. So upon calling back the truck had came as did the color I was after. So the lady held it for me until I got there and was also very helpful with suggesting products I was after but didn't know what to get but upon telling her what I was trying to do, she offered the right products and they worked amazing! So thank you Ms. Maria!! She's very knowledgeable and very kind. Sally's, you guys have got a great person on your team."

"When the "pandemic" started and just as mask were just starting to be "mandated" I walked into the store and the associate was at the back of the store and yelled out, "mam you can't be in here without a mask." It was in a rude tone and so I walked away and haven't been back. Apparently they are super liberal because its just mainly shampoo Bottles and hair color., but you can walk into grocery stores and clothes places and even though there's a sticker on door about mask, no one is policing mask wearing and its more of a "to each their own" Mask arenjust petri dishes anyway. I guess they're scared someone's gonna sneeze and its gonna jump in a bottle! I see their sales have gone down. Maybe they should consider its due to their strict policies"

"Customer Service is terrible and “top line” products are cheap. For 2 years I’ve used the Euronext extensions and they have been great, and they are about $150. Well they got a new brand in called Barely Xtensions ultra seemless and a worker referred me to them and said they are supposed to be better and they were $180. So I bought them and they are thinner so your hair isn’t as thick, there are less pieces, and the clip was already broken before I even got wear them. I’ve called the store and they won’t let me exchange at all or give me money back, they won’t even let me exchange for the less expensive extensions. So I called corporate and was on hold for over and hour and they never picked up.I called Sally’s again and they were very rude about it, but that’s almost $200 thrown in the trash. I will not be continuing my services with Sally’s and hope future customers do not have this problem because it’s sucks and there will be no light at the end of the tunnel with this problem."
