"Ordered food to go(we went to pick it up). They use a 3rd party ordering service that wanted to charge us more than the restaurants total. They are rude and unhelpful. The staff at the restaurant are friendly. Sadly our food was not what we paid for! Extremely small portions( 3 price of broccoli!). Very frustrating considering everything is more expensive these days!! I don't think we'll be back"
"I've lived in Columbus since 2011 and have been dissatisfied with many restaurants here and have stopped going, but this IHOP has been consistent in their service and food quality. I've never had a bad meal here and the servers, especially Ebony, are so wonderful. I absolutely love the BBQ Burger and the fish platter. The food is always hot and delicious. I highly recommend this IHOP."
"Clean place, promptly greeted when we arrived. Jodi our waitress friendly, attentative -checked on us several times to see if we needed anything. Food fresh, hot and delicious."
"We went this morning and we were immediately sat down. Which is nice and we got our drinks. When we got our drinks we ordered and it took a while for our food to come, but we got it and it was good. It was not anything I would get every day but if you are in the mood for some IHOP and in the area this IHOP is good and pretty clean. Our server was nice and took care of us really well."
