"Tonight was the last straw. Horrible location. Almost every experience here is bad. Poor customer service, orders are often wrong, very long wait, often out of supplies or food. The cashier at the drive thru handed me a gallon bag of tea that was dripping wet all over. I had to ask for napkins to wipe it off and tea had wasted all over my back floor board by the time I got home because the lid was also loose. I ordered a 2 pc leg, breast combo and pictured above is what I received as the leg: a hot wing. The worker that bagged that can go all the way to heyll in the grease they fried it in. Just trifling."
"Ordered on the mobile app at 4:28 P.M. so I wouldn’t have to wait. Knowing the service is absolutely horrible. Arrived at 4:45 and did not receive my food until 5:05 P.M. over 30 minutes after I ordered. The food was nowhere near as good as it used to be and the staff acted like I didn’t even exist. I usually NEVER post negative reviews and just move on about my business but this place is trash. Horrible management and zero customer service."
"Seems like every time I come here I wait awhile to order (when there's no line). Usually a bunch of people in there that see you but don't acknowledge you. Hot wings always seems to be frozen and not available. Better prepping and attitudes would make this place decent. Personnel need re-training at this location."
"Just went through the drive thru. The young lady was extremely rude. She sounded annoyed that she had to be there. I was polite and she still gave an attitude for no reason. Cut me off with a total before I was done ordering and sucked her teeth at me when I didn't hear something she said. Like I get it. It's fast food. But there's no reason to be rude because you are mad you chose to work there!"
"1st time visiting this location. I felt the person waiting on us didn't want to he there. She was tapping her hand on counter as my husband ordered. She wasn't happy when I asked what sauces I could choose from. The order was correct and served hot. Enjoyed the biscuit and honey. Just didn't feel they had to beat person taking orders. Maybe it was an off day but definitely could improve their customer service."
