"Very good and fresh bowl. Much better than the big name competitors. Stead was cooked right then and was juicy. Veggies fresh and crisp. Cranberry vinaigrette is a must try!"
"The place is clean but small, so space is limited for seating. The staff is friendly, and the food is pretty quick overall. (Just ordering online and pick up can be about 15 mins, but if you come in and order, it seems less time than that depending how busy it is). There is an iPad device to help place your order and is pretty simple to use if you ever used an online ordering app. There are tons of choices to at to your bowl and some extras that cost more money. Overall, a bowl will average you around 10 to 20 dollars, depending on extras and stuff. The food is fresh and delicious. And the only time they messed up my order, they fixed it right away and were very apologetic. It seems to have lots of vegan options to even someone who is more in to protein filled meals. The bowl really fills you up if you get a good mix of carbs and protein. The bonus I love is that they have an automatic reward membership when you use your number, so you don't have to download an app to get enough points so you can earn a discount. Huge fan of this place!!"

"I was searching the Internet for a healthy, quick Friday night meal and Flaming Iron came up, so I decided to try it. The staff was friendly and guided me through the process of creating a bowl with chicken, purple rice and an array of fresh vegetables. I got home and dug in and it was SO GOOD! Filling, satisfying and delicious. The prices are also very reasonable. This will definitely become a favorite spot for me."
