McDonald's

"This place needs new management. Nothing worst then when your just trying to get some food, but have to deal with unnecessarily rude people. Franchise owner’s son needs some anger management therapy."

"I ordered 2 double cheese burger and a 10 piece nuggets and large fries no salt and a large coke no ice, I got a nasty stale box of fries that was just redipped in old oil still soggy somehow and a couple raw cuts mixed in, I asked for honey mustard and got 0 until I asked a second time and got 1 to go with that entire order, the bergers were cold to the touch before i pulled off and the nuggets were looking like they needed lotion or something... the coke was forgotten until I asked for it again it was somehow flat. Don't waste your money or time here just order something from literally anywhere else or get a bag of chips at the gas station its more satisfying.."

"Scamtastic. They added an upcharge for soft drinks I didn't order or want and then refused to take it off. Then I had to go after them to get water for my kids' meals, which is what I ordered in the first place. I can't believe it was so hard to order water with a meal. It's like McDonald's is so bad for you that they can't even hear the words "and waters to drink please" and understand the meaning. Apparently, their system "won't let you check out with waters" so it's a whole-company problem."

"I know people can be in situations they can't control. This McDonald's has one of the biggest play places in the area which is a must when you have grandbabies and it's chilly outside. The lobby was disgustingly and dirty. Food and debris on the floor, tables no getting cleaned off.. I brought it to the attention of a few employees they looked at it didn't care. I can even get past the two homeless people, yes homeless people that had set up let's say camp one in the main eating area. The other came in and set up in the play place area taking a bench with his sleeping bag which again things happen I do understand. This particular gentleman had a little twitch and kept going back and forth to the door blocking the kids talking to himself spinning in circles like he was lost. Which really scared my 5 and 10 year old and I tried to explain to them that sometimes people can't control the little Twitches they have. But they requested to leave and they said they didn't want to go back to this McDonald's anymore. Food is always super slow, I have gone there a few times on the way home trying to bring in a surprise and I always take forever even though they seem to be fully staffed. The cleanliness is bothersome because they just went through a really nice renovation."
