"The food was put in messily. The customer service was horrible. They all had an attitude and looked like they didn’t want to work there. Then they proceeded to give us bacon sandwiches when we ordered chicken. When we informed them the manager and the employees around were laughing and said “why are you here if you don’t want to eat bacon”. My questions is why are you guys working here with your bad attitudes if you can be somewhere else?"
"The food and service is good. Area in store was clean and uncluttered. However, be advised the $5 biggie bag doesn't exist anymore. If you want a biggie bag you have 2 choices for $7 and 3 choices for $6. In the restaurant the sign for the biggie bag has tape over it so the prices are barely visible. I wish Wendy's would pull the ad. It's a disappointment to not have the $5 biggie bag as advertised on the television."
"I've been to a couple of Wendy's and gotten bad food and service in the past, but this one is the absolute worst I've ever been to BAR NONE... The people working look like they're on something, only two people were wearing their caps, the rest (including the manager) had their hair uncovered, a DISGUSTING thing to do, especially around people's food. And explain to me please how in the world everything that I ordered was cold or lukewarm at the height of the Dinner hour??? No matter, I'm never eating there again & my best advice is that you don't either."

"This has been the worst fast food I have ever had in my life ! There was a 25 min wait just to get food but I was fine with that I knew maybe this was an staffing issue however he can put with my food and stated he had to go make it over . That was fine upon getting my food my nuggets were so burnt it tasted horrible I thought my spiced chicken nuggets had not been cooked ! I opened my burger and my lettuce was laying on top of my bun ! This is ridiculous!"
