"A group of friends and I went to that restaurant and the service was scatter brained, customers sitting on the stairs go to the tables. The server was sloppy looking and looked like he hated being at work, not professional at all. We wined up not even wanting to stay just got up and left. Not saying they should have been the greatest experience in life but should be allot more orderly when your restaurant has paying customers and definitely not have children and customers sitting at the stairs leading to the tables, which is very much a safety hazard."
"This was an awful experience we come to longhorn quite often & Miss Tatum at the bar keeps her attitude face on. I always try to overlook her & just order my food, eat & go. We understand that today is a busy day which is why we were being patient but my friend asked her what's wrong & she responded with "I have a lot to do" as if we were taking up her time from other customers. We sat at a nasty dirty bar being patient then got a full attitude from Miss Tatum. Just a bad experience with her always. Her co-worker Dennis tried to be polite & asked her if she was running low on glasses so he could collect them for her she was rude to him. Poor Dennis "The Menace" such an all around great great guy. His customer service skills are always above & beyond."
"Food was good. Our waiter was poor. He seemed cordial enough, took our order within 15 mins of us being seated...but repeatedly disappeared for long periods of time. It took over 45 minutes to get served in an almost empty restaurant. People who came 20 minutes after us with same party number of two were eating their entrees while we watched. We had to alert other personnel & management to get served properly."
"We had a great time at my uncle birthday dinner, my uncle really enjoyed his birthday, the service was good, the food was great, and everybody enjoyed themselves...."
"Really nice restaurant. Shame it's location is kinda hidden. Staff was friendly and helpful and food was great. It would be nice if the dishes were garnished though."
