"Went in for a gel removal. They removed them by drilling, which damaged my nails more than if I'd just ripped them off myself. Drilling was inconsistent and not good for my nail health at all. Now they're flimsy, translucent, and rough. Additionally, I walked out of there bleeding on several fingers. How???"
