I appreciated Emerald making an appointment on Sunday, it was the only day we had to go to a beauty shop, she took her time and was very friendly, helpful and professional. Wonderful service and great job."

"Was waiting to ask how much a haircut cost, with one guy standing near me like he was ahead of me to begin with. Because it has been a while since I had a haircut, the only person there remarks, that's a LOT of hair there, like I didn't know that. She then wants me to let the guy behind me jump queue cos she SAID he wouldn't take long. I said I'd be back. Went back and she was still working on him, they OBVIOUSLY knew each and were talking about customers who expected too much and she didn't have time for a head of hair like mine when she could make more money with other ppl's hair instead of someone wanting a simple shearing. I'm 6'4" and 250. She could SEE me standing there at the counter but didn't acknowledge me or the fact she was slamming me to other customers. I didn't WANT styling, I just wanted my hair (on my shoulders and in my face) clipped to a very short length. But she gets more commission with costly jobs and 15min haircuts. My money wasn't welcome there"

"Absolutely HORRIBLE!!! i wrote a review already but I'm guessing they deleted it! We get there to get my hair cut and the girl is on a conference call, says come back in 20mins, so i did and still wasn't off the call. She finally takes me to a chair where i showed her a pic she says she can do it but instead she jacked my hair up!! She tried to to say it was because it was too blonde that it wasn't forgiving because you could see how bad she gapped it up but NAH ITS BECAUSE SHE DON'T KNOW HOW TO CUT HAIR!! I even told her it wasn't even and she argued saying it is, told me i needed to dye it darker to hide where she fkd it up. Nope i went to someone that actually knew what they were doing to fix it or atleast make it not look as bad. I shouldn't have to pay 2 different stylist because the 1st place aka this place doesn't have anyone that knows how to cut hair. If you can't do it say that don't mess someone's hair up!! Zero stars if that was a option."
