"Make an appointment so you can wait an hour. Then get your nails filed off when it's not what you asked for while they tell you how bad your nails look the whole time. I can't believe my girlfriend has been going to you for so long and gets treated this way. Service is garbage. Do better or don't do nails. ( Rose you're a doll but you need to hire new help.)"
