"It's SUPER BOWL, of course they tried to be greedy and PRE-MAKE their wings so they could sell more!!! We can tell when yall cook the wings and reheat them!!! Please stop doing this, QUALITY OVER QUANTITY GUYS. I have not been to this location in over a year because of this, I thought they got it together, I guess not. Will not be returning!"
"Dear J Buffalo Wings, I do not care to spend my hard-earned money on fish (whiting) that tastes like deep-fried rubber bands. Please consider making an attempt to serve your customers a better quality (fresher) fish. I basically spent my money on fries because the fish was not edible. - A concerned customer"
"The wings are good. If ordering online, know that selecting 2 flavors means they mix the flavors and all your wings taste the same. They include a LOT of sauce in the take out order and don't close the bags very tight so easy spillage. They also left out the celery in my order so check your order before leaving. Staff and service could be improved. Very lethargic bunch although it was very slow at the time. Girl mopping kept splashing mop water on my leg when she probably could have just waited til I left to mop the area right at the counter. The rest of the restaurant was practically empty. Will order again if available for delivery."
"Prices were good, everyone loved the wings. Women who worked inside were very nice too. Really selling yourself short by not having a tip option when you use a card!!! If there was one there was no sign or instruction to tell them tip first. We got the 50 piece half mild and half medium. Only weird thing is they didnt give us any celery with it and when I asked about celery they did offer carrots? But then outside they had a picture of exactly what I got and it had celery lol that aside... overall pretty solid, thanks!"
"This might be my new place! So clean!!! The food is great! Yes, there is an upcharge for EVERYTHING, but support small business! My only criticism is the unprotected electrical outlets in the seat backs (see photo). Kids will love sticking things in the outlet. Overall fantastic, yay sweet potato fries!"
