"I've been here a few times. It's a newer location. I wanted to give a shout out to the manager and her crew on the evening of Christmas eve of 2023. They all were working hard and staying busy. And the manager on duty was amazing how she was speaking to the staff. Very friendly and kind and relaxed but getting the job done and everyone staying focused. It was around 6pm and busy and they could of been stressed and upset (like many others) but they were all so friendly. That evening alone would make me go to their location then others. It's also very clean."

"Stop by here for a lunch time. Online order had offers 6pc wing and free drinks for a 5.99. This store online order was unavailable. So I ask the counter and the guy at front said this is only for a online order you need to place an order on online. So I said but your online order is unavailable. He said do u want to talk to my manager? And I said yes. The manager came over and she was looking at me like what… saying nothing. She waited until I speak.. anyway awkward but I explained and the result was they don’t control the online order. So I ordered 8pc combo wings for 8.99 plus the tax. I don’t write for a review because online order wasn’t work. It’s fine. But I didn’t like the employee behavior. And more disappointed after I ate the food… the chicken quality was so bad.. I would rather eat chickfila"

"Popeye's is my favorite fried chicken and I've been eating at Popeye's for over 40 years, with the first time being in New Orleans in the 1980's. So I was very excited when a new Popeye's was built and opened nearby; a couple years ago during Covid. Unfortunately, it didn't start very strong and has continued to decline over the last couple years. So much so, that I haven't even been to that location in months. I decided to give this location another try last week and to my surprise, it was the Popeye's of old. No, not the old one that opened a couple years ago. It was just like the Popeye's that we all know and love from years and decades ago!!!. I've stopped by three times in the last two weeks and each time, the food was hot and most importantly fresh! The quality of the food was amazing!!! And the location had at least 4-5 employees; each time I stopped by - which is a big change because it's been significantly understaffed since opening. And the service was very fast and very friendly! I don't know if this is a reflection of new ownership, new management, a fully engaged staff; or all of the above - but I'm glad to see it and the turnaround is nothing short of miraculous! Kudos to the management and to the employees who are doing an excellent job! We've all had a lot to say when things were bad. Now it's time for everyone to give this Popeye's another shot and give them some business and good reviews, so that this Popeye's will become and stay; the destination stop for Louisiana Fried Chicken that we'd all hoped it would be when it opened. I'm proud to say that's I'm loving that chicken at Popeye's - AGAIN!!!!"

"Not exactly FAST FOOD if it takes more than 25 minutes to get me my food. The guy in front of me was yelling that he was waiting more than 50 minutes and no one brought him his food. Also when he expressed his frustrations, the window attendant got a bit mean/ aggressive. Definitely Do not come to this drive through, unless you want to wait an hour or more!"
