"We went there based on a referral for first time. It took a long time to complete the order with an elderly cashier and we picked up the food and came to find that some of the order was not fulfilled as ordered with missing bacons in some orders which we paid additional charges. We called the store to complain about the missing order however the cashier dropped the call as we were explaining the missing order, it was so disappointing experience and not acceptable. The taste of the burgers were also medium, not it as expected."
"Firstly the customer service was amazing. My negative experience comes from the food sadly. After driving over an hour to eat here, I am disappointed. Culver’s prides themselves on fresh food cooked to order, yet my food was cold. The strip of bacon I received on my burger was old, dry, and shriveled. I recommend Culver’s, but I don’t recommend the specific restaurant."
"Given that there is so much hype for Culver’s, I was hoping for a better experience than the big chains. However was disappointed to say the least. Thin patties in the burger, oily and almost overcooked onion rings, elderly cashier trying to hurry me through even though there weren’t anyone else waiting (and he was training a new hire) did not help make this experience better."
"I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with cheese curds and a lemonade with unsweetened tea. What I got was a smashed burger in a bag that was too small, fries, and the wrong drink all from the drive thru (see pictures). I came back this week to share my concern with a man who was reportedly the owner and he interrupted me telling him what happened and said if you don’t have a receipt I’m not going to do anything. This Culvers lost a customer. Sad."
