"This is the second time I have bought breakfast here, both times I have received biscuits that were burnt on the outside and raw in the middle. Both times I ended up with food poisoning. This location is never open in the mornings and food is awful. This location should be shut down. This has ruined Bojangles for me. I used to love Bojangles down in Dothan. Will never go back now."
"I was skeptical about stopping here being that I never saw customers occupying the place but I did... I was told they were out of fries, then told there were some. Once we got them bag of food after waiting 15 minutes (was told it to would be 5) the fries were gross as they tasted old."
"This was our first time ever eating here and we really liked it! The service was fantastic bc we didn't know what to order and ended up with a family pack. The only downside was the a/c wasn't working so it was pretty stuffy inside."
"Late lunch, after 1 PM. People seated at about 3 tables. Ordering was difficult - having to shout our order across the service area to the drive thru register. The man taking our order was very helpful and apologetic and had a good attitude. Food took forever to deliver - a sandwich, strips, one side, one bottled water. The side was good. The strips were dry. Behind the counter, women were discussing, loudly, employee staffing issues, the entire time. After eating, I asked if one was the manager, she was, and I stated that the dining room customers did not care to listen to staffing drama matters. She got really loud, really critical, and stated how dare I tell her she could not talk - she is manager and she must talk management with her staff and she must do so with loud volume. I stated again that the paying customer did not want to hear all that, and she ramped up more. I walked out. It was the second bad experience in a row with Bojangles (different stores) I do not intend to return at all."
