"I've been coming to BBQ works since they were downtown and have followed them to stonecrest making me a customer since 2003. I understand precooking food when you have a constant flow of customers but stonecrest doesn't have the volume of customers that 5pts had.... Making it unnecessary to precook food and then refry it once you have an order. I didn't see them do that yesterday but I knew it by taste, how it looked, and smelled really greasy. I came back today and asked if I could have my order made fresh. The guy asked what did I mean. I said can you just make my wings fresh. He said that he could give my money back. I will not be back. It's been a nice run."
