"This location used to be stellar. Now every time we visit there are multiple disappointments. Wrong order, chicken nuggets sized for a mouse, cold or overcooked fries, items that look and taste different than other locations, lack of customer service (no eye contact, bare minimum of interaction, and Mr. Cathy would not be happy to hear “you’re welcome” in response to a thank you), just not what you expect from Chick-fil-A. Chick-fil-A is known for consistent, excellent food and service. Not this location any longer unfortunately."

"Customer service was terrible. My sandwich ended up being cold. There was no wait time inside the restaurant, it was empty. I placed my order using the app, went inside. About 5-7 minutes passed by & I see this female walking with a bag towards the area where the pick up deliveries are left. She put down the bag right next to the cash register by the sodas & walks away & decides to stand by the other register that’s closest to the door & just stand. I’m standing right there & see that it has my name on it - I’m like perhaps she’s getting something else, or idk but decide to wait a couple of minutes. I see other employees going over where she’s at, standing, talking, while my bag of food is just sitting there. After no one reached out to me, I finally decided to ask the same female that put my food down & let it sit there, if the order was for “Yuni” she said “oh yeah”… then this older lady comes over & overhears me asking about my order & immediately grabs it & gives it to me while the other female just stood there lackadaisical about the situation. I checked my food order, it was cold, the dressing for the salad & crispy peppers wasn’t even in there. I asked if I could at least have that along with the sauces I requested & the older lady took it upon herself to take care of it. I thanked her. It’s a shame that nothing really faced the female that originally was working on my order, didn’t even check it & left it there sitting. She couldn’t care less & just wanted to stand there & talk to her other coworkers while I’m standing there waiting. I have worked in the restaurant industry before & I would’ve never provided that kind of service & customer service to any guest."

"Normally, they do a good job. But last week the layers under the top of my fruit cup were rotten. I can't believe they served this. Have not been back."

"Service at this location is super slow. But the lobby is well maintained and the restroom is decent. Plus, it’s a nice environment for families and the work force. My drink had soda all over the cup when delivered to the table. I think numbers should be on the table stands to help the employees find your table when it’s busy. But no matter what, I’ll always come back and support the company. I love that the brand puts God first and it id still closed on Sundays. In this day when everyone is chasing profits, this is quite noteworthy. Truett Cathy built an amazing brand. Keep up the good work."

"A few weeks ago, I visited this location, which appeared to be closed for renovations or training. This time, I came during lunch, and as usual, Chick-fil-A was busy as usual. The staff was friendly, and the line moved quickly. I had a bit of trouble finding a parking spot and accidentally ended up in the drive-thru lane, but I eventually found a parking space on the opposite side of the restaurant (In front of Five Guys). The only downside was that my unsalted fries could have been hotter. Despite that, I'd definitely eat there again if I'm in the area."
