"I went at lunch time, really just as they opened. The attitude of the cashier was very negative. I've never experienced that at any Willie's before. So.e additional training may be necessary."

"Willy's on Lavista is my family's go-to for a quick, dependable and consistent good bite to eat. We are never disappointed as this location cooks the food well, the customer service is amazing and the staff keeps this location in tip top shape. There are 3 different women that manage this location and they all are amazing at making sure the staff takes care of the customers. Shamefully, we eat or grab takeout from this location 2-3 times a week. This is especially the case when it is soccer season because of the food being quick and dependable after a long night of practice after being at school all day. We bypass the other two fresh Mexican places that are within walking distance to specifically go to Willy's. If you are looking for a dependable and tasty bite to eat that will not break the bank, you should add Willy's on Lavista to your list."

"Well, this is my first time going to this location. I read the reviews, and they were pretty good, so I told myself to check them out. I walked in, but I wasn't greeted. A Caucasian guy was there. I'm guessing he's new because I told him I would like the taco salad you advertised outside. He didn't know how to make the food. I understand when you know you don't know, you don't know. I used to work in food service, so I know how it goes. Gloves were not changed from the Caucasian guy and the African-American young lady; she had makeup on, and the other African-American Girl was cooking food and gossiping the whole time. It didn't look presentable; the food looked 3 or 4 hours old. The young lady was on the grill cooking with one hand and phone up to her ear, which I thought was unprofessional. You never know who will walk in and who will report you. I smiled at the young lady helping the caucasian guy. I said hello to her, and she just looked me up and down and went on about her business. I could have told the young man I didn't want the food and walked out, but he took the time to make the food. The food is cold. I stayed less than five minutes from this establishment. I had to ask for my receipt; you asked the customer would you like your receipt. There was no name to tell me who checked me out on my receipt; just horrible customer service. "The Team was great. Communication was spot on. Everyone played their positions well. I had my five children with me . All orders were correct and all the ladies were patient. There was also a line out the door. In a matter of 12 minutes all customers were taken care of including Uber eats and to go orders. Great job and EXPERIENCE!!!"

"The employee Martin was VERY professional and polite. I could tell he really enjoys his job and it shows by the way he greets and treats customers, I was very impressed...I can't forget Earl who was working the register, he too was very nice/professional...the food was great however, I will say the Salsa bar was a little dirty, and they were out of Salsa except one flavor, a frequent cleaning of that area would be more appealing as there was dried Salsa were customers spilled it everywhere, I actually wiped it down w/napkins myself...Lastly, the food was good, presentation and they play great music, a little loud but nice tunes were playing while I waited for service...Overall 5 stars, EXCELLENT Customer Service outshines the small issues."
