"I was in there just now with my daughter and she must have got the one hairstylist who had no idea what she was doing. She screwed up her hair and was being so rude to her the whole time. Do not go to this great clips . It’s by far the worse experience I’ve ever had . Very unprofessional and these women should not be hairstylists at all. They definitely need more training. I wouldn’t even give them one star if I didn’t have to in order to post this review."
"I usually get my hair cut at this location and usually have a good experience unless I get this one stylist. My hair is fine and I only get a crew. Most of the stylists go over my head at least two times to be thorough but this stylist just lackadaisically zipped over it one time. I could feel her missing places. I’ve had her once before and she did the same thing. I go in there hoping I won’t get her but I did again today. Since we don’t have a choice I was unlucky today on the luck of the draw. Guess I’ll go somewhere else."
"I went this morning to have my hair washed and curled as I was stuck with a busted tire and a funeral to attend as I spoke with the lady that called me back and told her how I was a single mother struggling and couldn’t believe my tire had blown at such a horrible time and long story short she washed my hair and curled it with a curling iron and charged me $70!!!!!!! I am absolutely heartbroken and appalled that ANYONE IN THEIR RIGHT MIND would charge such an OUTRAGEOUS amount just to wash and curl hair that literally took 20 mins. The lady could have told me it was going to cost more than my BRAND NEW TIRE to curl my hair!!! I will NEVER use this company again EVER. That is absolutely ridiculous and SAD!!!! I should look like I am going to a 5 star wedding venue for that price not just ringlets around my head for $70!!! I am outraged and really plain sad. Shame."
"Great for kids! My five year old son HATES having his hair cut. He has had it cut by two different ladies here and they have both been fantastic. Patient, understanding and so kind when dealing with such a difficult customer."
