"I have been going here the last couple years and never really had a problem until today. I went in to have my eyebrows waxed and was burned with the wax. At first I thought it was the gel she put on after but it was still burning after I got home and wiped the gel off. Small burn marks are showing up and it still hurts a little. I immediately went back in to show them what happened and she basically just looked at me like I had no reason to be concerned. I’m pretty understandable and I know things happen but she didn’t apologize or seem to care at all"

"I got my eyebrows micro-bladed and the experience was overall good, Nancy was really nice and patient but I can tell that one of my eyebrows is darker than the other one and they are not as dark as I would like them to be. They were dark for the first two days and I was happy but then they faded away. I came for two sessions and the color would not stick. Right pic is what they look like now and left picture is what they look like after I got them done. For the price I paid, I am not happy."
