"The only reason I'm not giving it a 5 is because it is a hot place to work but if you don't mind doing a little bit of physical labor and a lot of repetitiveness for a check great. Imo it's more of a man's type of job. The money is good here as well. But you can always get OT here and even come on your days off to really run up a check. Again it's can be a little hot but the company keeps alot of free cold water 24/7. It's nothing hard about this job at all. Just keep attention to detail and a little communication with your co-workers and your good."

"Husband and i came to pick up a loaded trailer. At least a mile or more before we arrived there was a sign off the road letting us know where to turn and how far away the company was. This is very much appreciated. The women at the guard shack that were inspecting the trailers were super nice and friendly. The company also had a table outside with go-to lunches for drivers. Above all, this company seems to run like a well oiled machine to get drivers in and out efficiently and smoothly and with respect and kindness on top of that. Thank you West Rock"

"Excellent place to deliver. Exceptional service by the yard jock and unloader. Quick escorted to dock, unloaded super fast and allowed ON parking. There is a small local fuel stop nearby with just a few spots, so when I was allowed to park it made my night."

"Unloaded 40000lbs in like 15 minutes very nice people working here and allowed me to park overnight. Grateful for places like this."

"Arrived towards the end of the shift, the white guy at the receiving office was very professional but the black lady in an orange safety vest, needs to be retrained on how to work and communicate with the public. It took her 15 minutes to print out my bills because she was spending more time chatting with her co-workers than preparing my bills. I was right there at the window and she totally ignored me."
