"The place is a bit quiet and just not a place I see meant for a family to really want to be. Coming from wanting to be with my family eating this place is not where I want to go other than that I guess is OK just the people working there are clearly only there to make a check and not for the sake of making memories and making someone else smile."

"I had visited the store because I received a coupon through the mail for a foot long for $12.99. We went right after coming from a mosque dressed in traditional Islamic clothing and the women who was their said we can only get ham now I do not wether this is becuase the way I was dressed but I told her that a sandwich no meat only veggies should be allowed she kept telling me no only ham. For Muslims whom follow the religion of Islam ham otherwise known as pork is strictly forbidden. She also denied us from speaking to a manager for clarification she then started to act extremely rude. Never in my life have I been this badly racially abused due to my religion. Subway being one of my favorite fast food chain has shocked me and if this is how you guys treat your customers due to their religious beliefs I will never be comming back so I hope we can solve this"

"The nice young lady took the coupon, but when we went the second time, there was another older lady there. I assume it's the manager, and she refused my coupon... what's the point in mailing coupons if we're not even allowed to use them?? If you see the manager there, leave immediately!"

"The woman that worked today 12/12/2021 at 12:50pm was HORRIBLE. I am a constant customer, I always come in, I am a loyal customer. I just came in last week and got a meal with my coupons that came in the mail perfectly fine. Today I go in, I had a coupon that doesn’t expire until 12/31/21 and my coupon was buy a 6inch meal (chips & soda) get a 6inch free. The lady refused to even add my chips and soda and then tried scanning my coupon, telling me it was not working. She never even added what the coupon said, she didn’t even try, I went to go get more coupons that I had in my car and she still didn’t even try anything else. She is so lazy, she didn’t even ask for help from anyone else. I was just in there last week and the manager had no problem with the coupons. The woman had horrible customer service. So I ended up having to pay for two 6 inches (no biggie) but no drinks or nothing. She was horrible! & all because she wouldn’t just add my drinks and soda which is what the coupon SAID."
