"Jack’s New York Deli is typically great. However this experience that I had is making me question if they had any change in staff. My husband ordered me a FULL Chef Salad with Spinach and this is what I received. This is unacceptable. Unfortunately, he didn’t check it before he left so I had no way to remedy the situation. Dear management, please train new staff members!"

"Do not come to this location. “Due to staff shortages” restaurant had only one person, in the whole restaurant, so drive-thru only. I paid for an online order to be delivered and received a call about staffing issues, I agreed to pick up my order. Not only was I not allowed inside, since doors were locked with a sign stating “drive-thru only” but had to wait an additional 30 min + my drive to the location for my online order since the line was long. Restaurant still kept my delivery fee and tip for services I did not receive. I am usually patient but I will no longer support this location again. I had a horrible experience."
