"I don't know how or why but anytime you order food online they will always get it wrong. If tou go in it's alright. If you order online they will always get it wrong. I have ordered it through door dash three times now and they have gotten it wrong every time. At this point never eating here again. I don't know if if the staff can't read or if they don't care because if you ask them to not put something on there they will. So I would rather take my money else where if they are just gonna always be this sloppy."
"On this night... I ordered my favorite... the Nacho Bell Grande was at its best! Why? It tasted very much as if everything was made FRESH! It was so good. It was approximately 1:00 a.m. I so wish I could get FRESH every time I order. I would come a lot more often."
"Poor customer service. I came through the drive thru asking for their $5 box. The manager or whatever her title is tells me they don't have a $5 and no Taco bell locations have it. I told her I just got one last week at the Delk Rd location. She says "well I'm at the South Cobb drive location and we don't have it" with an attitude. Not sure why she had to be goofy. Be professional. No one made you take that job. I ended up driving to the Delk Rd location. I added a pic from the menu at the Delk Rd location so she can educate herself. Speak for your own location and treat your customers with respect."
"Came to eat there and no AC and its 90 degrees outside. Bought my food and the lettuce was really limp due to the heat in that restaurant. Feel sorry for the workers who have to work till 4am. The food really has gone way down lately .Its not the same too many items on the menu that have to keep up with so the food quality has gone down. Just went there today Oct 8 2019 my crunch wrap only had a head of lettuce in it my burritos I ordered didn't have sour cream that I got charged for. Very disappointed ☹️."
