"This location isn't very consistent. Today I ordered two bowls and the person serving me gave me two different portions. The cost is different depending who's there. The customer service is always like you're bothering them. I wouldn't recommend visiting this location"
"I'm just threw with chipotle. If it's not the bad service then it's the food. I thought I'll try a new location from the experience I had at the Howell Mills location. The service was better but the food was so bland and it didn't have any taste. I tried the new steak and it was nasty. Too expensive not to taste good."
"Got the quesadilla with some chips on the side. Cooked perfectly and everything tasted great. Super easy to do the order ahead option and it worked well giving enough time for pick up and get it back to the office and still be hot. Three of us in the office on the order and all three were very pleased with our orders. The other two got the bowls and liked them. Didn’t go inside so cannot comment on that, but what I saw was good no issues."
"New to the Atlanta area, but we looked for the worst rated Chipotle restaurant near us to see if it deserved the 1.5 rating that it had! Bottom line… on this day (July 22) and time it did not deserve the low numbers! It has a small eating area, but it was pretty clean and the people were pleasant but not exuberantly happy to see you. The quantity of food was good (in-line with other Chipotles), and the quality was pretty good. The chicken and the chicken Al Pastor were both a little spicier here than locations we have been to in the Mid-Atlantic. Ironically, they had no cilantro to add to my Chicken Bowl (cilantro is my favorite flavor addition, if I am not eating spicier items). We called in one order 10 minutes before we got there and it was ready when we received our in-house food. Overall, pretty good!"
