"I hated my food. The Mac and cheese bites weren’t fresh. They were soggy and lukewarm. My cheese sticks were thick, salty , and cold. The chicken wasn’t hot and there was a huge piece that was merged with another that looked so nasty. I ended up throwing out my food and going to chick fil a. I wanted a refund, but I was too far away to request one."
"This location throw the food together! I always order the Greek gyro and they only put meat on 1/2 of the sandwich. This was the second time in a month, this has happened. I will not came back to this location."

"I got the new Philly sub, it was horrible! The cheese look like baby dooky and was not melted properly. You could count the 6 pieces of chopped meat an 3 little pieces of Red bell pepper. Sandwich was cold and not satisfying. I ask the person taking the order was it a good pick she stated she love it. Maybe she fixed her own. Had to throw the whole sandwich away. A $17 order waisted!!! Food was cold."
"Disappointing. I came here on my 30 minute lunch break on the wrong day at the wrong time. There were about 20 of us waiting on our food, literally. Apparently someone’s had a very bright idea to schedule an inspection between 12:30pm & 1:00pm during lunch time (for most) and even the lady who took the order seemed to be irritated because she stepped off to the side and got on her phone and possibly call her manager and even went as far as taking a picture of a full lobby. I asked for “fresh out the fryer” food and it wasn’t even hot enough to slightly melt the cheese. It was a good flavor but the presentation was horrible and I didn’t want to be difficult so I didn’t request a refund. I don’t eat Arby’s but my co-worker wanted to eat there so I came but never again. All the food was luke warm/cold and the fries were overcooked, the picture actually give it too much justice."
