"Horrible horrible horrible. Another location I’ve visited must have the same owners as the other McDonald’s on south Cobb, went drive thru several times and i never can get service after 1pm. Either someone will be right with me but never show up or only taking mobile orders or system down or converting to breakfast at the moment. During the day everything is perfect. Get it together"
"Went right at 11am, wouldn't sell lunch so I order a breakfast and had to go around twice. 3 minutes! Also forgot silverware for the breakfast. As for McDonald's goes this one isn't the worst, but far from the best. Mediocre!"
"Deserves no stars truly. Made a mobile order, get to the store and they tell me they are no longer taking orders. The store is obviously open. Now I’m sitting here trying to get my money refunded. As I sit and wait a minute, they finally bring my order to the window. Fries cold, nuggets too. I’m just grateful to be eating at this point. If I owed this franchise, I’d be pissed to know my workers were playing with my coin. Do betta smh."
"The lady who is at the drive thru needs to be trained properly. She asked if I had ordered with the McDonald’s app and I said no, she proceeded to cut me off and take the two people orders who where behind me at the next line. Then after ghosting me she says “HELLo” very loudly rudely at me but we proceed to order 4 double cheeseburgers plain. They ask us to pull up and we wait for 30 minutes. The lady who goes outside and gives the food to people who are waiting was talking outside and smoking not doing her job. They finally notice that we had been waiting forever and we waited just to get some oily cheeseburgers. The workers are just standing talking about I don’t know what. They gave us a free apple pie and medium fries."
"There was only 2 employees working. Under those conditions the woman at window was super busy and did well running both windows. Food was fresh, hot and fairly fast."
