"We went here to grab a quick dinner and was extremely disappointed. First of all the customer service was terrible I did not feel welcome at all. Then they barely put any ingredients in my bowl. I had to say “more please” 4 times to even get one full serving. The food is mediocre and the environment was unwelcoming. Do not recommend."
"What a disappointment! Very rude male manager - made me feel less than unwelcome.. Little does he know- I was looking for a company to partner with and provide 5 corporate lunches per month. I was doing a mystery shop to see how they treat their customers- they will never get my business."
"I rated Moe’s a 2 1 for friendly staff the other 1 for chips with meal. But Moe’s is NO Chipotle!! They barely put meat on your bowl and the taste was just not what I expected last visit pass Moe’s go to Chipotle.and please don’t go near closing time!!"
"Disgusting atmosphere. HVAC system literally leaking onto buckets on the counter. Food very obviously not at correct temps because it's wilting in the service buckets. Salsas warm. I requested a refund and was denied."
