"When I walked in the door I was greeted and cashier was friendly , very knowledgeable and ensured my order was correct. My food was fresh and made to order. Kale provided me exceptional customer service and I will return to this location simply because of that!"
"i came 45 mins after placing my online order just to sit inside for another 40 minutes, after i waited that allotted time he told me he forgot about me and asked what my name was again. mind you they weren't very busy from what i could see, maybe 3 customers inside. I finally got my food about 15mins later & i check & i dont have half my food nor the large ranch i paid for. i had to go back in again and wait another 10mins for that. it was ridiculous and the "manager" was rude & blasting music as loud as possible you couldnt even hear yourself talk. im never one to complain and im very patient but this was absolutely ridiculous."
"The place is dusty, and needs a thorough cleaning!! When I mentioned this to the staff, they said they do clean. However I can’t tell, maybe that’s why the score is 92. I definitely didn’t want a beverage… people should take better care of their franchises!"
