"I wish they had a negative 10...... The service and the food is horrible.... What is this? And you messed my order up then threw this mess together! I'm good!"
"This has to be one of the slowest drive thrus EVER! I was in the drive thru for approximately 1 hour. When I finally got to the window, the girl working didn't even say hello, she just rattled off my order. I had to say "Hello, yes, what you have down for my order is right, but I've been in this drive thru for an hour!" Her response was "Oh hello, really?!" Yes really, child! The only reason why I sat in this line so long was because I was getting my elderly mother something to eat, and I came out the house looking crazy! Anyhoo, I won't be returning anytime soon. You'd think I went somewhere to have a 5 course gourmet meal with how long the wait was. I'd advise anyone visiting this location to go inside or find somewhere else to eat. If these people don't care how the service is through the drive thru, I can imagine the service isn't too much better going inside."
"I honestly give 0 to all especially to customer service and your ignorant general manager and the drive thru lady on 10/27/23 @ 1:10 pm. She attached me as soon as I came to the window saying I was rude, I only asked her about items on the menu! I went in and tried to speak to GM, he wasn't interested in what I had to say, I didn't appreciate what happened!! I got my money back and left, when pulling off the lady was screaming through the drive thru window cursing me!!! I will never enter that place again. It's a shame, sad, we do these reviews and nothing happens because we're black people and we treat our own the Worst!! Captain D's especially don't care, it's about the $$$. Atmosphere: Nasty as usual! -000 Manager -000 food didn't get it, sure she would have spit in it. Fayetteville I'm back."
"The service was good. Only a 6 min wait from ordering to receiving my order. The food was ok. The lettuce I took off since it was old. The fries could have been fresher."
