Papa Johns Pizza

"I recently ordered the Calzone Epic Stuffed Crust pizza, with pepperoni and sausage, from Papa John’s in Union City using their online app. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by an undercooked pizza. Upon arriving home and opening the pizza box, I noticed the pizza seemed unusually heavy. To my disappointment, the pizza was undercooked with raw dough throughout. This made it inedible and fell short of Papa John’s usual quality. Despite trying to contact the restaurant multiple times to address the issue, I was unable to reach them. After escalating the matter through the corporate complaint number, a restaurant representative offered a credit, but I opted for a refund, which I was assured would be processed within 3-5 business days. The raw and inedible nature of the pizza was highly disappointing and not what I expected from Papa John’s. I hope this feedback prompts improvement in their food quality to prevent similar experiences for others."

"This Papa Johns is hit or miss. One week I have one of the best pizzas ever and a few weeks later it was one of the worst. Over the weekend I got the Shaqaroni and I was totally displeased. The pizza is supposed to be extra cheese and extra pepperoni. Instead I got a pizza with just a few pepperoni, even less sausage which I paid extra for and then there were bare spots, so there was very little cheese. On top of everything the crust was nearly burnt. The papadilla I ordered wasn't much better, it was almost burnt too. I should have opened the boxes before I left, because I never would have taken them."

"highly dont reccomend, food was horrible, the cook was wearing no gloves,sagging, no hairnet. on top of that my food tasted like garbage, it was undercooked, cheese fell straight off and the pizza was so doughy it stuck to the card board box, also waited 10+ minutes then original time. i asked for refund on website and was told i had to bring the food in, how am i gonna bring in a food i already left with 30+ minutes ago and threw away once i ate a slice. i myself do not drive and would have to pay for a whole uber the more than the price as the pizza to get their again."

"This place is trash every time I give them a chance they prove it. Waste of money. The pizza I bought today is barely edible...prob needs to be ate with a fork bc as you can see in the pic the cheese and toppings are not even stuck to the doe so every slice we try to pick up everything falls off. Then is looks wet and not done with waaayyyy to much sauce. They simply do not care."

"Haven't eaten PJ'S in a long time!! Pizza was good. We tried the limited time parmesan crusted. It was OK, it's very thin crust and almost too hard but you can really taste the parmesan. I wouldn't get again. We also had a stuffed crust meats w/ BBQ instead of Marinara and it was delicious.. the ingredients taste so fresh! Loved the stuffed Oreo treats too! Ordered again today and it was Banging! Tried the new Cool Ranch Papadias it was Delicious, the Philly Cheesesteak one is awesome as usual. Also tried the Papa bowl: The Italian meats trio"
