Sonic Drive-In

"I should have known there would be an issue when over half of the stalls are broken. Ordered online to pickup food only to find out getting a drink was impossible as everything was broken. And then, to add insult to injury they don't even prepare the food correctly. Not even sure why I am giving this 2 stars."

"Lomg wait time for placing order and preparing order. Staff were very nice and pleasant. Order was correct, but shakes were too thick to drink and pickle fries were too salty."

"The girl who took my order at the drive thru was an absolute sweetheart! She was so nice and offered great service. She almost gave us another persons order (the person in front of us left), but she corrected the mistake immediately. The man working with her did seem rude and snappish towards her even though she did nothing wrong. I understand he’s understaffed, but he shouldn’t take it out on his employees. Order was placed 11/22/23 around 8:20pm."

"I love Sonic. Definitely my favorite fast food restaurant. I can't give the food and service more than 4 stars though, it's still just a fast food place. However, for what it is, hands down the best. Lots of options, breakfast served all day and tons of interesting drinks and desserts. Love it, would recommend!"

"I came to pick up dinner for myself and my brother in law while staying in town. It has been a while since I had Sonic, but I’ve always loved their burgers! I wouldn’t say I’m necessarily picky, but I do always get my food modified (no ketchup or Mayo for me!) and there are always times my orders are wrong at fast food places because of this. Well, tonight was an exception! The nice young lady working the drive through orders let me know when I pulled up to the order box that they were short staffed and would take my order in about 5 minutes. I get it, no worries here. So almost exactly 5 minutes later she comes back on and apologized for the wait, and thanks me for my patience. I place my order and proceed forward. I pay and get my drinks, and I’m asked to pull forward to wait for my food. When I got it after a short wait, I prayed mine was right and drove back to the house. Let me tell you- this was the best fast food burger I’ve had in a minute!! Hot, fresh, not messy/thrown together, as ordered, just perfect. Chef’s kiss! Thank you to the super nice employees working tonight, all 3 young ladies I interacted with were so sweet. I hope they’re treated well despite their staffing issues. The honest communication makes it all very worth the wait, not to mention the delicious meal I enjoyed when I got home. Thanks to this team, very well done!"
