"This campground is an absolute gem! The sites are nice, spacious and clean. The bathhouse is well kept. There is a lovely little beach area on the lake for kids to play in and we took our kayak out in the lake. The location is excellent for visiting other attractions in the area. We visited the Etowah Indian Mound Historical site and the Tellus Science Museum during our short stay. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable about the park and the area in general. We will definitely be back!"

"Great campground, some spots are larger than others. We had #11 right on water and Great large lot. It can be tight if you are in a large rig."

"FANTASTIC campground. Well kept, sites are nicely spaced out, most camp sites are on/facing directly the lake. Bathrooms are nice too. The lake is beautiful, lots of great fishing spots, beaches and birds"

"Went here a couple of days ago with my family. Was a really nice place just to get away for a few hours. And I got to get in the water!! Which is always a plus.As you all know, they have a homemade Beach down there, boating, and all sorts of fun. So when the weather's hot and you have nothing else to do come on down and enjoy yourself at the campground ."

"Wow!! This campground is huge and beautiful! Every site looks prettier than the last... Some have waterfront access, some have overflow parking, and there are even sites grouped together that would be great for events! When we were driving in I started writing down site numbers that we want to come back and visit. We aren’t even done with this trip and we’re already planning the next one!"
