"My experience was amazing, this was the best Popeyes I have been to in a while. I haven't been to a Popeyes in 2 months but this one will definitely be getting more of my service. The food was hot and fresh. The manager Kirsten was the one who packed my order and she was very quick. So I did tell her I would leave her a great review. Great job keep up the good/hard work !"

"Everything was good from the time I walked in to the time I left. I ate my food in the lobby, now remind you I drove all the way from camp creek just to come to this location. The manager Kiersten was very amazing and polite. She kept checking on my order and not only that I didn’t know Popeyes sell fish. Even though I didn’t come here for fish the way she advertised it made me wanna try and I must say it was delicious ! I will most definitely be back to visit cause i had a wonderful and warming experience!!"

"My experience at Popeyes was bittersweet. The customer service was excellent and it's hard to find places with good customer service these days in fast food and I appreciate that. Unfortunately, the food was horrible the chicken wasn't golden brown, and getting my food to see pieces of foil cook into the food was horrific. The chicken tasted like it was cooked in old oil and was very salty don't seem like Popeye's traditional spices were used assessive oil and the chicken was not cooked all the way. It was still pink on the inside. this is not the Popeyes brand that I am used to. The mashed potatoes just tasted like they used salt water to mix it up and serve it. I ordered the family meal and items were missing from my bag. normally I purchase the Popeyes on Union City now which is a really good mouth-watering chicken. I will not purchase food from the Popeyes on Senoia Road again once is a good enough lesson for me. I try to call the restaurant and the phone and I get a busy signal and then disconnect. Don't let the pictures fool you the lighting in my kitchen and my camera just make everything likes good."

"Not a great start... Haven’t been to Popeyes in years and wanted to try this new one as it’s on my way to work. Ordered a 3 tender combo with bbq sauce and 1/2 and 1/2 tea. Got regular chicken and sweet tea/lemonade and no sauce. They fixed the drink and I had to ask for sauce. Didn’t see the wrong chicken until later and couldn’t go back. This is why I stick to Chick-fil-A. Is it that hard to pay attention? Having said that, food I did get was fresh hot and delicious."
