Papa Johns Pizza

"I thought it was just me , but I see the reviews and everybody has the same problems with this location this has to be hands down the worst papa John’s I’ve ever ordered from , I ordered my food and they sent me the wrong item ask to speak with the manager for refund for there mistake the guy told me basically it was nothing he could do about it the food quality is poor my food arrived poorly looked like they been playing in my pizza I so upset I waited on my food and got wrong item I didn’t even bother to eat the food warning to everybody this is poor business do not order anything from here !!!! They should close this location down or start over from management on down"

"If I could give this dump one star I DEFINITELY WOULD! I ordered delivery,the food I received my food it was like it had never been cooked. I called asked to speak with the manager. I reached the location before the manager ever came to the phone. The young man that was at the front was so nice. But being frustrated from the whole ordeal was frustrating. I know to just stick to another pizza establishment."

"HORRIBLE… I ordered a pizza with a diet Pepsi today and they never sent me my drink! I asked for regular garlic and they sent me spicy garlic sauce."

"This is the worst Papa Johns! Save your time, money, and peace of mind do NOT place an order here. Received the wrong order and was offered a free pizza. Never got a chance to claim it as the store could not be reached. One time finally got the manager to answer explain after being hold over 30 minutes. Did not get a chance to explain the situation as she hung up on me when I respectfully said I do not want to be on hold any more. Then proceed to hang up the phone every time I called. I did not treat her with disrepect I do not appreciate being treated with disrepect. The GM refused to process the refund on an order from last month. Currently on my third attempt with corporate to sort it out and still no word from the store to me or corporate. Y'all should just close since clearly no one works here."

"Whoever the manager is currently , Amber I think that’s her name has a horrible attitude, this is my 3rd time at the establishment where my order was wrong and instead of just handling it kindly she had so many smart remarks EVERYTIME. Not to mention this specific time when I came for my pizza to be remade, they remade it wrong. Williajah was very slow and poorly trained as well. Asked for no meat at all because im vegan, and may possibly be sick after i took a bite and noticed it was chicken on it."
