"The positive reviews on here are fake as heck. These people won’t even serve breakfast unless I’m in the drive through. The doors are locked up until 11:00 am. They pick and choose when they want to work from what I see. I had lunch from here one time and had the runs. SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN!!"

"Truly learned not to have very high hopes for the food quality or service from most fast food locations nowadays but the experience here is just one of the worst experiences at a restaurant Ive ever experienced. Just need to probably go ahead and close this location down. The food made us all sick."

"The service and food I got last night was an absolute disgrace. The first red flag should have been the group of employees standing outside smoking and the cloud of pot smoke. The girl at the drive-thru window was slow (shocking) and messed up the order (again...shocking). Both orders of fries were left out of the bag, all four of my krystal cheese burgers were made wrong and COLD. The fact that I paid $32 for two meals was outrageous, but the fact that it was wrong and missing items was exacerbated by the fact that the dining room was closed at 7:30pm and I had to go through the drive-thru again and wait. Giving zero stars should be an option, because that's what they deserve."

"I went through the drive through and ordered, I received old hamburgers, I asked for no onions and of course, onions on the burger. It’s annoying when you’re super nice and no cares about customer service."

"The food is normally hot. Short staff here. Excessive wait time. Two lane drive through but only one is usually operational. As of 7/2/2021 they have a rating of 100. Surprisingly good with little help. Due to the long wait they do not offer at least a free item this is why I rated it a 2."
